- Modha fish - 2
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash ,clean and cut modha fish into medium pieces ,mix turmeric powder and salt
- Then add pepper powder and chilli powder. mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry this marinated fish pieces till it turns golden brown.
- When it becomes golden colour we can take this with a strainer.
- Now hot and spicy modha fry is ready to serve.
