  • Green chillies finely chopped : 3 - 4 nos

  • Curry leaves Few -
  • Lemon juice : 1 lemon -
  • Sugar : 2 tsp -
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few -
  • Oil : 3 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and temper with whole jeera, urad dal, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. (the urad dal should turn golden brown).
