Ingredients
- Potatoes boiled & cubed : 5 - 6 nos
- Whole jeera / cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Urad dal : 1 tsp -
- Green chillies finely chopped : 3 - 4 nos
- Ginger finely chopped : 1‘ pc -
- Curry leaves Few -
- Lemon juice : 1 lemon -
- Sugar : 2 tsp -
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and temper with whole jeera, urad dal, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. (the urad dal should turn golden brown).
- Enter Step
- Add the boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice and mix.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with puri or paratha.
