  • 2 nos Egg separate white and yolk
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 125 g Khoya
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mixed nuts blanched & chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom ground
  • Saffron A pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence


  • First soak saffron in 1/2 tbsp of milk.
  • Grease a baking pan.
  • Take a bowl and stir in egg yolks, condensed milk and sugar. Beat well until smooth and fluffy.
  • Now add khoya and blend well again.
  • Add cardamom powder, almonds, saffron and vanilla essence.
  • Beat the egg whites using an electric beater to a thick, creamy state.
  • Pour into the yolk mix carefully. Mix well.
  • Transfer this mix into the greased baking pan and bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
  • Insert a toothpick and check whether it comes out clean.
  • Baked egg with khoya, a yummy snack for kids is ready. Cut in shapes of your choice.
