Instructions For preparing banana v coconut fritters, steam cook the banana. Grind it to make a thick paste. Fry raisins and cashew nuts in oil. Add coconut and sugar to it and mix well in medium flame. Add the banana and cardamom powder to this mixture and mix well. Make balls out of this mixture. Mix the ingredients sugar, flour and soda powder with some water to make a medium thick paste. Dip the balls in this mixture and fry it in oil. Serve hot.
