Banana Dosa Sweet dosas made with bananas 250 gm Allpurpose flour (Maida)4 nos Bananas (mashed)1 no Egg75 gm Sugar2 gm Cardamom powder (Elakka)1/4 tsp Baking powder1 1/2 glass Milk50 gm Oil Beat the egg well and add sugar, milk and mashed bananas. (These ingredients can also be mixed in a blender.)Take the maida in a bowl and the above mixture into it.Mix well to form a dosa batter. Add cardamom powder and baking powder to the batter and mix well. Heat a flat pan and make thin dosas. Fry on both sides until golden brown in colour with little oil. :- Serve hot with any juice.
