Beef Ularthiyathu or roasted beef fry is a delicious mouth watering signature dish of the Christian community. Filled with nostalgic memories, this is a sure dish during festive occasions and gatherings. Each state in Kerala has its own variations in making the dish. Our grandparents used to slow cook beef via the traditional way in a clay pot over the old fashioned ‘Aduppu’ for over 2 hours.
