Instructions For preparing carrot v mutta pola, cook grated carrot in milk. keep it aside. Mix the ingredients egg, sugar, milk powder and cardamom powder in a mixer grinder. Add the cooked carrot to it and mix again. Fry and raisins and cashew nut in ghee. Add the egg-carrot mix to it and mix well. Cook it in low flame for 5 minutes. Serve it hot.
