Chendamuriyan A special recipe with banana 5 nos Banana200 g Jaggery (sharkara)1 1/2 cup Water3/4 cup Thick coconut milk1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka) For preparing chendamuriyan, slice the banana in medium thick circles.Boil it in 1 1/2 cup of water.When the banana gets cooked well, add jaggery and cook for 5 minutes.Add the coconut milk and boil again.
