Chicken Fry With Mayonnaise

Marinated chicken pieces deep fried in oil and combined with mayonnaise and other ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken
  • Oil (For deep frying)

For preparing sauce mixture:

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lime juice


  • For preparing chicken fry with mayonnaise, first combine together the ingredients for marinade: egg, corn flour, plain flour, required salt and mix with chicken pieces. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and done. Drain excess oil with paper towels.
  • Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and stir in ingredients for preparing sauce mixture one by one: mayonnaise, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, sugar and lime juice.
  • Stir in fried chicken pieces and toss to combine well. Chicken fry with mayonnaise, a tasty yummy recipe, is ready.
