- Coconut : 4 nos -
- Black gram : 50 gm -
- Sambar Parippu (dal) : 50 gm -
- Coriander Leaves : 2 leaves -
- Tamarind : lemon sized -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

- Add a tsp of oil in pan. Add coriander leaf. Add Sambar parippu & uzhunnu.5) Roast the uzhunnu & sambar parippu till it turns into brown.
- Transfer the roasted uzhunnu & Parippu from the Pan.
- Fry the Tamarind in the pan.
- Roast the Coriander powder & chilly powder.
- Powder the roasted Uzhunnu, parippu & Tamarind in a mixer. Keep it aside the powder.
- Powder the roasted coconut and roasted chilly & coriander powder.
- Mix the roasted coconut powder & Uzhunnu & parippu powder in a polybag for 3-5 minutes.
- Coconut chammanthipodi ready.
