Coconut Custard Pudding - Creamy

  • Fresh coconut cream : 1 cup
  • Custard powder : ½ cup
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Sugar : ½ cup
  • Butter cake: 4 pieces
  • banana, papaya, litchi : 1 cup (sliced into small pieces, 3 to 4 kinds of fruits)


  • Take half cup cold milk and mix custard powder.
  • Heat rest of the milk and add sugar.
  • Add the mixture of cold milk and custard milk to this and cook for about 6 - 7 minutes on slow flame. Add coconut cream to it and stir well.
  • Take the custard, off the pan and let it cool down.
  • Take the butter cake and deform it in such a way that u can make balls out of these with fruit stuffing inside.
  • Dip these fruit cake balls in the coconut - custard mixture.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
