Ingredients
- Channa : 2 cups (cooked) -
- Onion : 1 no (slices) -
- Garlic : 5 cloves -
- Ginger 1 piece -
- Green chillies : 2 nos -
- Tomato : 1 no (chopped) -
- Crushed garam masala : 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Cumin powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Coconut milk : 1 ½ cup -
- Coriander leaves : few -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Cook the channa and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger and garam masala.
- Saute about 2 minutes.3) Transfer this into a mixer. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, cumin powder.
- In the pan, heat oil. Add this garam masala and fry well. Saute till the oil clears on top.5) Add the tomato and green chillies.
- Add the channa and 1 cup water.
