Bay leaf

Onion
Big Onion, Do not cut but poke it with knife all over so the flavor is released

50 grams, Do not cut but poke it with knife all over so the flavor is released

Ghee
Instructions
Heat up a cooker.
Add ghee and fry cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf.
Add water.
When water boils, add coconut milk, onion, ginger, rice and required
salt
.
When it gives a boil, close the cooker and remove after 5 mins from stove.
After 5 mins, open the lid and carefully remove and dispose the ginger, spices and onion from the rice.
Let the rice cool and your coconut milk rice is ready.
:- Serve with spicy curry, chicken curry or
egg
masala.
:- Best with dried
anchovies
sambal, one spicy ommelate and few slices of
cucumber
.
