- Lamb(cleaned and cubed) - 900 g
- White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
- White poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
- Flaked almonds - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 2 inch
- garlic(finely chopped) - 7 cloves
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 6 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 4 cms
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakkam podi) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Double cream - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing creamy lamb korma, roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flaked almonds, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Allow it to cool and grind to a fine paste using a pestle.
- Heat oil in the pan and sautT the ground paste.
- Toss in the cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add the lamb, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and the prepared paste. Allow the lamb to cook.
- Then allow it to cool and gradually pour in the cream.
- Creamy lamb korma is ready.
