1/2 kg Dates (seedless)1/2 kg Badam (peeled, roasted & ground)1/2 kg Jaggery (sharkara)1/2 litre MilkDry fruits (As reqd) For preparing dates and badam payasam, cook dates in pressure cooker till 3 whistles.Grind it in mixer.Melt jaggery and pour it to the ground dates mixture.Heat dates mixture for 10 minutes.Pour milk and boil again.Add the badam mix well. Add fried dry fruits and remove from flame.Garnish with badam and sliced dates.Serve hot. Kerala
