Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Dates seedless
  • 1/2 kg Badam peeled, roasted & ground
  • 1/2 kg Jaggery sharkara
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • Dry fruits As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing dates and badam payasam, cook dates in pressure cooker till 3 whistles.
  • Grind it in mixer.
  • Melt jaggery and pour it to the ground dates mixture.
  • Heat dates mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Pour milk and boil again.
  • Add the badam mix well. Add fried dry fruits and remove from flame.
  • Garnish with badam and sliced dates.
  • Serve hot.
