- Egg - 5
- Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala(a pinch) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp

- In a bowl whisk the eggs and keep it ready
- For preparing egg bhurji Heat oil in a vessel and add cumin seeds then add the chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and salt to taste.saute it for 5 minutes
- Add pepper powder,turmeric powder,garam masala to this anf saute till the raw smell disappear
- Add the whisked eggs and coriander leaves to this and combine well
- Now the egg bhurji is ready to serve.serve it hot with chappatis
