Egg bhurji is a soft creamy scrambled egg can be enjoyed on their own as a quick meal for a complete break fast and it is also inherently a simple dish

  • In a bowl whisk the eggs and keep it ready
  • For preparing egg bhurji Heat oil in a vessel and add cumin seeds then add the chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and salt to taste.saute it for 5 minutes
  • When the onion gets light brown in colour,add tomato and cook for another 3-4 minutes
  • Add pepper powder,turmeric powder,garam masala to this anf saute till the raw smell disappear
  • Add the whisked eggs and coriander leaves to this and combine well
  • Now the egg bhurji is ready to serve.serve it hot with chappatis
