  • 6 nos Eggs take only the whites
  • 500 ml Whole milk
  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom seeds powder


  • Take egg white (albumen) into a bowl and whip well.
  • Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and whip well.
  • Keep the bowl with its contents in a cooker (or water bath) and cook for 15 - 20 mins (without weight if cooker is used).
  • :- Serve hot or cold.
