Spicy chicken fried with gram flour

Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Milk - 250 ml
- Water - 350 ml
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Ginger(grated) - 3/4 "
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" piece
- Nutmeg(A pinch, Jathikka) -
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Yoghurt/curd - 3-4 tbsp
- Gram flour(Kadala podi) - 3-4 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken into pieces.
- Mix together milk, chicken pieces, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cumin powder.
- Boil until the chicken is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Make a batter with yoghurt and gram flour. Beat well, adding one or two tbsp of water and remaining salt. Set aside for about an hour.
- Coat cooked chicken with batter and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper.
