Ingredients
- Whole Milk : 6 Cup -
- Soaked and drained basmati rice : ½ cup -
- Vanilla custard powder : 3 tsp -
- Red grapes halved : 10 nos -
- Bananas : 2 nos -
- Apple : 1 medium -
- Orange segments, peeled : 10 nos -
- Sweet lime segments, peeled : 6 nos -
- Butter : 1 tsp -
- Sugar : 8 tsp -
- Pomegranate pearls for garnish : few -

Instructions
- Heat a pan add drained rice and 4 cups of milk and let it come to boil.
- Enter Step
- Take custard powder in a bowl add the remaining milk and whisk.
- Add the custard powder mixture to the kheer once the rice is cooked. Stir well. Cook till thick.
- Enter Step
- Cover and cook on low heat till the fruit soften.
- Transfer the stewed fruit into a bowl pour the custard kheer over them.
- Garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve.
