Ingredients
- Broken wheat(Godhambu rava) - 250 gm
- Coconut - 2 nos
- Jaggery(Sharkkara) - 500 gm
- Raisins(Onakka munthiri) - 10 gm
- Cashewnuts - 10 gm
- Ghee - 3 tsp
- Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 5 gm
- Dry Ginger powder - 10 gm
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 10 gm

Instructions
- Fry broken wheat lightly in one tsp of ghee.
- Cook the wheat and bring it to a boil.
- When it thickens to a semi solid consistency, add powdered jaggery.
- Add the second and third milk and boil.
- Mix well and remove from fire immediately.
