Ingredients
- Brain : 6 pieces -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Shallot : 5 nos -
- Garlic : 3 nos -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece -
- Green Chilly : 2 nos -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Slice onion and shallot in to small pieces.
- Heat a pan add oil to it and when it gets hot add onion, shallot, ginger garlic paste and green chilly, curry leaves to it .

- When it gets brown add the powders.
- Stir well.
- Sauté it for 3 minutes and add little water to it.
- Then add brain to it.
- Stir well and close the pan.
- Allow it to get cooked.
- When it gets cooked transfer to the serving dish.
- It will take 30 minutes to cook.
