Hariyali Kebab is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side Dish. Recipe is made by marinating the Boneless Chicken Pieces in Green Paste of Mint, Coriander, greenchili. its yummy

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Mint
  • 1/2 cup Coriander
  • 4 Green chili
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 3 tblsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • Salt as taste
  • Oil for greasing


  • Grind Mint , coriander , Green chili and curd
  • Now add in bowl and tandoori masala and salt and ginger garlic paste
  • Now add chicken marinate for 5- 6 hours or minimum 2 hours
  • In pan add oil add chicken cook for 15 mins till chicken cooks
  • Now remove from tawa and insert with tooth pick and show in direct flame with grill
  • Now its ready to serve Hariyali chicken kebeb
