1 kg Chicken (chopped)10 nos Dry red chillies (crushed)1 dsp Chilly powder1 inch Ginger6 cloves Garlic2 tbsp Soya sauce1 tbsp Honey1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) For preparing honey chicken, first grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste.In a bowl add in ginger-garlic paste, dry red chillies, chilly powder, soya sauce, honey and salt. Mix well.Marinate the chicken pieces in the above mixture.
