Ingredients
- Tamarind pulp(soak tamarind in water and extract pulp, Puli) - 2 cups
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Jaggery powder - 2 cups
- Whole red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Salt(A pinch) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder(A pinch) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute whole red chillies.
- Add the cut ginger and green chillies and fry for a minute.
- :- You can have this as a chutney with biriyani.
