Kannadi Muttai Kuzhambu is a south indian masala gravy prepared by cooking egg in authentic indian spices. It is a best accompaniment with white rice and chappathi.
Instructions
- In a pan, dry roast coriander seed , dry chilies, jeera, fennel seed and last add coconut and roast till coconut comes transparent white color. turn off . allow it to cool and grind into a paste
- In a pan add oil and add curry leaves and saute onion and add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes out
- Now slowly mix and turn off . Now its ready Kannadi Muttai Kuzhambu
