Instructions
  1. In a pan, dry roast coriander seed , dry chilies, jeera, fennel seed and last add coconut and roast till coconut comes transparent white color. turn off . allow it to cool and grind into a paste

  2. In a pan add oil and add curry leaves and saute onion and add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes out

  3. Now add tomato puree (3 tomato) and cook for 3 mins

  4. Now add grinded paste and and add 1 1/2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes. add salt

  5. Now add egg slowly in low flame and don't disturb for ten minutes and after that slowly stir. see whether egg cooked well , if not cook for 5 more minutes
