Ingredients
- Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets - 1 pkt
- Mutton(minced) - 300 gm
- Onion(medium) - 2 nos
- Masala podi/Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Coriander powder(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(As reqd, minced) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 full tsp) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Egg - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Fry the onions in oil until they are golden brown.
- Add salt, coriander and chilli powders and stir for half a min and lower the heat.
- Let it cook, until oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the cooked meat and mix well.
- Let the water evaporate.
- Stir in the masala podi/garam masala and keep aside to cool.
- While the meat is cooking, thaw the pastry sheets.
- Cut into 6 parts.
- Flatten each piece a little more and put 1 spoon of meat mixture into it and fold into half into a triangle.
- Press sides to seal.
- Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Repeat with all pieces and arrange them on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush this on the puffs and bake until golden brown(around 5 - 15 mins).

This turned out really good. I used ground beef. For the cooks in the US, you can buy the puff pastry in the grocery store -Pepperidge Farm Pastry Puff..in the frozen dept.
