Lovely recipe ! The first time I made it I forgot to add the cardamom powder to the marinade…it came out well anyways. The second time I added it as required and that made a huge difference indeed. That flavor is what made it into an authentic kerala chicken curry. As soon as u open the lid of the dish a couple of hrs after its made, the aroma of fresh ground cardamom tickles yr olfactory senses 🙂 and its sooo good. Need I say abt the flavor then ?!

Hey Foo, Sindhu`s receipe is really good. If your curry came out bad that means you don`t know how to cook even reading a receipe. Everybody who rated this receipe made this curry very tasty. Yours was bad, that means you are bad cook or you are very jealous. Any way I tried this receipe and it was fantastic. Sindhu thank you very much. Post more….

Sandhya Rani February 18, 2006 - 12:00 am

Sindhu, very good recipe ! People like `Foo` should probably stay away from cooking due to obvious reasons ! First of all, the name Foo looks made up or phony. This person obviously has no clue about cooking or was on crack while making this dish ! Foo, why don`t you post something on the website so that you can share your culinary skills with the rest of the world and we get to learn something from you as well.
