Instructions
- Chop mango into small pieces.
- Grind grated coconut, jeera and 3 shallots into a fine paste.
- Roughly crush the mustard seeds. Add it to the coconut paste.
- Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds and then add the remaining shallots.
- Add curry leaves and dried red chilli to this.
- Mix well, add some water. Wait till the mixture is hot.
- Now add fenugreek powder.Mix well and remove it from fire.
- Mango pachadi is ready.
