  • 1/4 cup Macaroni cooked
  • 1/4 cup Chicken pieces cooked
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • 2 tsp Fresh butter
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing macaroni with chicken soup, first heat butter in a pan and saute minced ginger.
  • When a frying smell comes, add tomato puree, milk and water. Boil the mixture.
  • When boiling starts, add cooked macaroni, cooked chicken pieces, ajino moto, pepper powder, coriander leaves and required salt.
  • Simmer the macaroni with chicken soup for 3 more minutes and remove from fire.
  • For a thick consistency, mix 1/2 tsp of cornflour in 1 tbsp water and add into the boiling soup(optional).
  • Macaroni with chicken soup, an easy to prepare nutritional dish is ready.
