Masala Bhatura is a good recipe and simple to do. This is served with channa dal gravy, buter masala and all indain curries. This bhatura is too crispy and soft. Mint and coriander enhance the aroma.

  • 1 cup Maida
  • ¼ cup Mint
  • ¼ cup Coriander
  • 2 Green chili
  • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch Cooking soda
  • 2 tsp Curd
  • Oil for frying


  • In blender add mint, coriander, green chili and grind coarsely
  • Now in maida add all ingredients except oil and mix well
  • Now add required water for making dough
  • Divide equal portion of small dough and roll it
  • Heat oil and deep fry well
  • Now its ready to serve Masala Bhatura
