Masala Bhatura is a good recipe and simple to do. This is served with channa dal gravy, buter masala and all indain curries. This bhatura is too crispy and soft. Mint and coriander enhance the aroma.

Instructions
  1. In blender add mint, coriander, green chili and grind coarsely
