This is simple recipe . basil is good for health and its combine with pepper and mushroom . Both are herbs and makes good relife for cold and cough.

- Mushroom - 1 cup
- All purpose flour - 2 tblsp
- Corn flour - 2 tblsp
- Onion - 1
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt as taste -
- Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
- Basil leaves few -
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Cut the mushroom and keep aside
- In bowl combine all powders and mix well with little water
- Add mushroom and marinate for 15 mins
- Deep fry with oil and drain out when its crispy
- Add little salt and soya sauce and mix well
- Now add fried mushroom basil leaves and pepper and cook for 2 mins and turn off
- Now its ready to serve Mushroom basil pepper fry
