- Mutton keema - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Shallots - 10 nos
- Green chili - 4 Nos
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Mint and coriander - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Bay leaf , Star anise - 1 no
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Cardamom - 3 nos
- Cloves - 3 nos
- Basmathi rice - 11/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing the delicious dish, first wash the minced mutton meat well and drin. Mix red chili powder (1/2 tsp), little salt, garam masala and 2 tsp curd with minced mutton and marinate for 20 mins.
- In a mixer grind shallots, green chilli, few mints and coriander leaves to a paste.
- Now add ground shallot mixture and saute well.
- Add tomato and saute well
- Now add required salt and remaining red chili powder and garam masala.
- Stir in marinated minced mutton and saute well till raw smell goes out.
- Now add remaining mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add curd and cook for 10 minutes.
- Cook for ten minutes in low flame in pressure cooker without whistle. Close the lid. After the mutton is done, off the flame.
- Now mix gently and puff up.
- Now it's ready to serve the biriyani dish.
