Mutton Korma Curry that goes well with rotis, rice and dosas ½ kg Meat250 gm Turnip150 gm Tomato150 gm Onions1 no Garlic pods50 gm Ginger3 nos Green chilly½ cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Tamarind pulp (Puli)½ bunch Mint leaves (Pudhina)2 tsp Red chilly powder½ tsp Turmeric powder3 tsp Coriander powder1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) In a pressure pan, add oil and sautT mint leaves.Add the chopped onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, turmeric power, red chilly powder, and coriander powder.Add meat pieces and turnip with half the salt.Add water and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 3 whistles. Leave it for 10 minutes and release the pressure.Mix the grated coconut and a teaspoon of tamarind pulp.Add the remaining salt.:- Serve hot with roti, rice or dosas.
