Mutton Korma
Curry that goes well with rotis, rice and dosas
Ingredients
- ½ kg Meat
- 250 gm Turnip
- 150 gm Tomato
- 150 gm Onions
- 1 no Garlic pods
- 50 gm Ginger
- 3 nos Green chilly
- ½ cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Tamarind pulp Puli
- ½ bunch Mint leaves Pudhina
- 2 tsp Red chilly powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- In a pressure pan, add oil and sautT mint leaves.
- Add the chopped onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, turmeric power, red chilly powder, and coriander powder.
- Add water and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 3 whistles.
- Leave it for 10 minutes and release the pressure.
- Add the remaining salt.
- :- Serve hot with roti, rice or dosas.
