Mutton Pasanda Spicy mutton curry 500 gm Mutton125 ml Curd150 gm Onions4 nos Garlic pods1" piece Ginger30 gm Ghee2 gm Turmeric powder2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Cumin powder (Jeerakam)1 tsp Garam Masala2 gm Nutmeg powder (Jathikka)½ tsp White pepper powder2 tbsp Almond paste (Badam)125 ml Cream¼ cup Coriander leaves10 gms Roasted Almonds (Badam)Salt (As reqd) Marinate mutton with curd. Finely chop onions, garlic and ginger.Heat ghee in a pan and sautT the chopped onions, ginger and garlic till it turns golden brown. Add turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and coriander powder.Add the marinated mutton to this. Add little water and cook it for about 30 minutes. When cooked, add the almond paste and the cream.Finally, add garam masala powder. Garnish with roasted almonds and coriander leaves. North Indian
