  • Remove outer skin of banana and make 2 long slit without cutting ends.
  • Heat oil in an pan and fry all the sides of banana till golden brown in colour.
  • Boil water in a pan,add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in water.Then add coconut,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.saute in medium flame until it turns golden brown in colour..
  • Now the coconut mixture is ready.finally widen the cut and fill the coconut mixture into it.
  • Tasty Pazham Porichu Nirachathu is ready.Serve it as an evening snack.
