Pazham Porichu Nirachathu is a very tasty traditional snack in Malabar iftar cuisine.It is prepared by stuffing fried ripe plantain with sweet coconut mixture.To get great flavour and sweetness from it just go through the Step by Step recipe images.
Remove outer skin of banana and make 2 long slit without cutting ends.
Heat oil in an pan and fry all the sides of banana till golden brown in colour.
Boil water in a pan,add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in water.Then add coconut,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.saute in medium flame until it turns golden brown in colour..
Now the coconut mixture is ready.finally widen the cut and fill the coconut mixture into it.
Tasty Pazham Porichu Nirachathu is ready.Serve it as an evening snack.
