  1. Remove outer skin of banana and make 2 long slit without cutting ends.

  2. Heat oil in an pan and fry all the sides of banana till golden brown in colour.

  3. Boil water in a pan,add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in water.Then add coconut,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.saute in medium flame until it turns golden brown in colour..
