Instructions
- grind the coconut, green chilli and red chilli and make fine paste
- add the coconut paste into boiled pumpkin and mix well and allow to boil for 5 mins
- now add curd and mix well and allow to boil it
- In a sauce pan heat the oil and add mustard seed, broken black gram and curry leaves and put it in pumpkin koottu
- pumpkin koottu is ready to serve. serve with rice
