Ingredients
- ridge guard - 1 whole
- mutton or kheema - 150 grams
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1
- Tomato - 1/2
- green chilli - 1
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coriander leaves -

Instructions
- Cook mutton with turmeric & salt to taste for 5 to 10 mins.
- Add the cooked mutton pieces and mix well.
- Add tomato, red chilli powder and ridge guard close the lid and cook for another 5 to 10 mins.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and add salt to taste. Serve hot.
