Instructions
  1. First soak the nuts in milk and grind well.Fry the semolina in ghee and keep aside.
  2. Now prepare sugar syrup by boiling 1/4 cup sugar along with 1/4 cup water till a one string consistency is achieved.
  3. Stir in ground nuts paste and combine well.
  4. Now add ghee little by little and keep stirring in low heat till a halwa consistency is achieved. Add semolina into it.
  5. Flavour with cardamom powder.
  6. Garnish the halwa with grated nuts and serve hot or cold.
  7. Halwa with cashew & badam, a kid¦s favorite recipe, is ready.
