Semolina Halwa With Cashew & Badam

Ground cashew and badam is cooked with sugar syrup, milk and other ingredients

  • First soak the nuts in milk and grind well.Fry the semolina in ghee and keep aside.
  • Now prepare sugar syrup by boiling 1/4 cup sugar along with 1/4 cup water till a one string consistency is achieved.
  • Stir in ground nuts paste and combine well.
  • Now add ghee little by little and keep stirring in low heat till a halwa consistency is achieved. Add semolina into it.
  • Flavour with cardamom powder.
  • Garnish the halwa with grated nuts and serve hot or cold.
  • Halwa with cashew & badam, a kid¦s favorite recipe, is ready.
