Ingredients
- Fish(white pomfret) - 500 g
- Onions(sliced thin) - 2 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 inch
- Green chillies(split lengthwise) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes(sliced thinly) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(i sprig) -
- Oil – 1 - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Clean fish and cut into large pieces.
- In a frying pan, add oil and sautT the onions, ginger and green chillies.
- Add curry leaves and stir well. Add chilly powder and turmeric powder and fry well till raw smell disappears.
- Cover and cook till the water has dried and the fish is coated with the masala.
- Garnish with curry leaves or chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or chappathis.
