- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 5 g
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 g
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 5 g

- Viyaalari kkaambu - 5 g

- Coconut milk(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing special karkadaka kanji, grind aashaali, fenugreek seeds, cardamom, cumin seeds, ayamodakam and viyaalari kkaambu to a fine powder.
- Cook chennellary in water.
- Add a little of the above powder when the rice is cooked. Allow it to cook well.
