1 cup Spinach leaves (chopped)1 tsp Oil1/2 tsp Mustard seeds2 tbsp Onion (chopped)2 nos Green chilies (chopped)1/4 tsp Ginger (chopped)Salt (As reqd)1/2 tsp Vinegar1/2 cup Water1/2 cup Milk1/2 tsp All purpose flour (Maida) For preparing spinach stew, steam cook spinach and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Fry onion, green chillies and ginger.Add salt, vinegar, and water. Reduce flame.Mix flour in milk and pour this in the pan. Stir wellWhile boiling add the spinach and cook for some time.
