A healthy recipe made with spinach

Ingredients
- Spinach leaves(chopped) - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Green chilies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
- Mix flour in milk and pour this in the pan. Stir well
- While boiling add the spinach and cook for some time. Remove from flame.
- Serve it hot.
