- Thinai - 2 cup
- Onion - 2
- Carrot - 2
- Potato - 1
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Green chili - 4
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Salt as taste -
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Oil - 3 tblsp

Instructions
- In pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal
- Add Onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
- Now add carrot, potatop and peas and cook for 5 mins
- When water boil well add Thinai and mix well and close lid or can do pressure and cook for 2 whistles
- Now its ready to serve Thinai Veg Uppma
