Vendakka Thoran - Nadan Style is a delicious and simple dish made from vendakka or ladies finger and cooked in traditional style.   • For preparing the healthy side dish, wash well lady`s finger, onions and green chillies and chop them finely.
  • Mix well the above finely chopped items with grated coconut and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the vendakka mix and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for about 5 mins.
  • Remove the lid and mix well.
  • Remove the stir fry dish from fire when it is done.
  • Serve the delicious thoran with rice.
