  • 125 g Jalebi’s
  • 1 no Eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/8 cup Sugar
  • Vanilla essence A few drops
  • Fresh cream whipped


  • For preparing yummy jalebi pudding, take a pressure cooker and prepare caramel by burning 2 tsp sugar. Arrange jalebi's over the caramel.
  • Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, essence and pour this mixture over the jalebi¦s arranged over the caramel.
  • Cover and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Yummy jalebi pudding is ready. Serve chilled topped with fresh cream.
