- Aloo - 2
- Cheese(grated 1/4 cup) -
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as taste) -
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(for greasing paratha) -

Instructions
- Boil aloo and allow to cool and mash well
- In aloo add spice, salt and cheese. mix well
- Now divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
- Now take one portion of dough and flat thick and stuff aloo cheese mix
- Fold like ball and roll it as thin paratha
- Heat tawa and cook both side grease oil
- When you see this paratha puff like normal roties, take it.
- Now its ready to serve Aloo cheese Paratha
