Carrot Halwa Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • Carrot 3
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Cardamompowder 2 tsp
  • Ghee 1 tablespoon
  • Cashew nut – 6
  • Badam 6
  • Pista. 6

Instructions
 

  • Slice carrot in to very small size
  • Heat a pan add ghee
  • Add carrot and stir until it gets half cooked
  • Add milk
  • Allow it to get cooked and boiled
  • Add cardamom powder stir well
  • When its boiled add the sugar and stir well until sugar melts and wait until it reaches a pulpy state
  • Then fry nuts in ghee
  • Add this nuts to the carrot halwa and stir well

  • Our halwa us ready serve hot or chilled
