Ingredients
- Milagu( bell pepper) - 1 tbsp
- Red chili - 4
- Channa and urad dal - 1 tsp
- Coconut - 2 tbsp
- Tamarain water - 1/2 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Shallots - 10 chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- In a pan add tsp oil and roast bell pepper, red chili, channa and urad dal and fry and allow to cool
- Now grind in mixie and make coarsely
- Now in a pan add more oil and temper mustard and curry leaves and asafeotida and and shallots and saute well
- Now add paste and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame. when oil comes out turn off.
- Now its ready to serve Chettinad Milagu Kuzhambhu
