- Chicken 1 cup -
- Egg 3 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chilli : 1 no -
- ginger garlic paste 1 no. -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- oil 6 tsp -

Instructions
- wash the chicken and boil the chicken in a steamer and cut make into small pieces
- add tomato and mix well
- add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- now add egg and mix well
- now add chicken and mix it
- allow it to fry for 10 mins in low flame till the egg and chicken bind well
- now chicken egg burji ready to serve
